Ladies Who Launch Incubator Workshop Starting this Month

Ladies Who Launch Atlantic Announces Fall Incubator Workshop Starting this Month

(Summerside, PE) October 8, 2008 – Ladies across North America have been “Launching” for years thanks to the support and networks provided by Ladies Who Launch. However, Nancy Beth Guptill, the Ladies Who Launch Leader for Atlantic Canada is announcing some recent changes to the well-known intensive incubator program.

“This summer, I attended a leader training conference in Los Angeles where the new Ladies Who Launch Intensive Incubator was unveiled,” says Guptill. “The entire Incubator Intensive Workshop has been revised and reenergized to give women in business, or women who want to be in business, greater results than with the original program.” The World’s Leader in Women Entrepreneurship, Ladies Who Launch is for female dreamers, launchers and growers who either are their own boss or want to be.

Nancy Beth Guptill, passionate entrepreneur and owner of Vantage BizServices has been the Ladies Who Launch Leader for Atlantic Canada since launching the program in Prince Edward Island last fall. In May of this year, she hosted intensive workshops in the Annapolis Valley and the program is now portable and can be delivered across the Atlantic Canadian region. To date, 30 women have participated in the Intensive Workshops with each lady involved having come away with a new passion for their business or idea and a set of actionable goals along with support systems to bring them to fruition, not to mention several media opportunities to help spread the word.

The Ladies Who Launch Incubator usually consists of 8-10 ladies committed to helping each other bring their ideas, businesses or projects into clear focus. Over the course of four weeks, the group meets regularly with their trained Ladies Who Launch facilitators to work through proven and patented exercises which ensure members are moving in the right direction. The Incubator is suitable for any woman dreamer, launcher, grower or freelancer who is stuck in a rut, has reached a plateau or is at a crossroads and wondering what to do next. Ladies who join the Incubator workshop find new clarity for their visions and increased momentum in whatever it is they are launching.

Update on Vantage BizServices, Ladies Who Launch Atlantic & Women's Conference

It has been quite some time since I have posted a blog. The summer has proven to be a very productive time for me. Like many business owners, I took the summer months to conduct a first year performance review and an intense market analysis. Based on the results I have chosen to take Vantage BizServices in a more strategic direction that is very specialized and focused. I am not quite able to share all the details at this point as I am in the process of finalizing strategic partnerships and securing business financing, and all those other wonderful things you do when planning a growth phase for the business.

You can be certain I will definitely keep people informed as things progress along this amazing journey I am about to take the company. I can only say that what I am doing is a passion of mine, while also providing a much needed service to business in Atlantic Canada - it will be a first-of-its-kind in the region. I have asked for blessings to be poured out on this business venture and we shall soon see whether it is meant to be (or not). All I can say is Vantage BizServices core foundation is lifting and elevating the lives of others, and this service will do just that for many companies on the verge of growth.

As you can image, some pretty tough decisions needed to be made, one of which involves the international women's business conference that Paul and I were planning. As it should happen Paul is going through some changes with his business as well, and after we compared notes, we both decided that while we both stand behind this project, now is not the time for such an undertaking. Paul and I are committed to moving this project forward sometime in the future at a more viable and opportune time.
